Grounds
Our grounds team perform grounds maintenance six days a week in accordance with the Coral Gables noise ordinance. The team services the 73 landscaping acres on the 240 acre Coral Gables Campus, 2 landscaping acres at the Rosenstiel Campus, 7 landscaping acres at the Medical Campus, and the Richmond Campus. We perform grounds maintenance for 19 University of Miami owned townhomes, 11 single-family homes, and five fraternity homes in Coral Gables. Standard Grounds tasks include:
