Electronic Access Data Requests 

All electronic access data is considered protected data.  Requests for data must utilize the following process:

  1. Fill out the Online Electronic Data Request Form (link found below)
  2. Gain the approval of the Office of the General Counsel & Human Resources
  3. Send completed form to EDR@miami.edu for processing
  4. Allow 3 to 5 business days for information to be sent by the Access Control team
