Dip (Onity) & Swipe/Tap (CBORD) Reader Indicator Lights

Readers have several distinctive indicator light patterns that will indicate the status of the lock when a card is inserted and removed. Typically, there are only two lights on the lock, a red LED and a green LED. These lights, with their individual or combination patterns, can help diagnose a lock or explain why a card is not accepted.
Below is a list of different readers throughout campus. Please take a moment to review indicator light for each reader.
