About Rosenstiel

The Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric and Earth Science's main campus is located on Virginia Key which is a 65-acre, 17-building, and 413,223 gross sq. ft marine research complex.

The Rosenstiel School also operates a 78-acre, 8-building, and 11,016 gross sq. ft. advanced satellite reception and analysis center in southern Miami-Dade County, known as the Richmond Campus.

Our Mission

To provide excellence in operations and maintenance for all facilities, campus infrastructure, energy systems, and environmental services in a customer-focused, efficient and effective manner.

  • Facilities Work Control can be contacted 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 305-421-4815
